This setup prepares a clean cPanel deployment without sample business data, uploaded files, or debug content.
Before running setup, update config/database.php with your cPanel database credentials.
config/database.php, create the database in cPanel, then reload this page.
This step will create the clean schema, prepare module tables, create the first administrator account, and register the primary facility profile.
